About John Wall and Associates

John Wall and Associates specializes in housing market analysis. The firm began in 1983 concentrating on the Southeast. In 1990, we expanded to the entire United States.

John Wall and Associates has performed over 3,200 market analyses, the majority of these being conventional and affordable apartment projects. The firm is equipped for, and has done many other types of real estate market analyses, data mapping, troubled property analysis, housing and demographic studies, land planning projects, site analysis, location analysis and GIS projects. Clients include private developers, government officials, syndicators and lending institutions.

John Wall and Associates is a charter member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA). Senior analysts have completed NCHMA’s Professional Designation Requirements and are approved members in good standing. Bob Rogers and Joe Burriss have their HUD MAP certificates.
